A Forced Rest

After about 5 years of battling a bad right heel I finally had surgery yesterday to remove a bone spur and loosen a tendon. I am housebound for a week and then can have limited activity for an additional 3 weeks, and the boot stays with me for the entire week. We will become good friends.
