dark space

Creamy black night
dripping into the cracks of time between
little special friends
and books and pens
and men
of my family
that bring back the day.

Wow! (You and your husband had a pastrami sandwhich on your WEDDING night? You guys are so cool!)

Kazzy, this poem is so sensuous, and edgie and just so stinkin cool. Plus I love the CD you are listening to. :)

Yup, between leaving the reception in SLC and going to the Little America Hotel we stopped at Crown Burger for pastrami sandwiches. And guess what? We went the next morning too on our way out of town to our honeymoon. wink wink

I love the road at night with windows down and music loud.

Great poem.

I hope you're having a fabulous mother's day!

You had a full day on Friday between your special little friends and Crown Burger at the end...or was that the end? Nice poem. Fun to bring back fond memories.
