day fifty-nine: with roses bedight

I have never been one of those people that has remembered her dreams. I mean ever. I would say maybe ten times in my whole life have I woken up and remembered something that happened while I slept. But not lately.

Lately I wake up completely stunned that I am remembering every single dream in pure technicolor. It has been amazing. Geo, and boy #4 and I at the beach, a high school reunion, visits with family members I haven't seen for awhile. The list goes on. I am not able to retain the feelings or even the bare details for longer than a day or two. I have not written them down. Somehow I have felt that these dreams were meant to be brightly burning experiences that stayed for a bit and then were no longer necessary. Like little showers on a hot day, that do the trick but then evaporate. It has been a cool thing.

Glad you're enjoying that. I usually remember all my dreams. Some of them are prophetic, but most are pure entertainment. Like last night, when I dreamed we were dropping off one of Jordan's friends, and after we drove away we realized he left his live HORSE in the back of the car! Go figure...

I remember many of my dreams because I have the same ones over and over...same people, same places, and none of it ever quite right. Weird.

Sometimes my dreams stress me out and are just frustrating, but lately, my dreams have been more freeing. It's been nice. I love it when I fly.

I'm with you. I really don't remember my dreams but then I'm old and don't remember a lot of things!

I have had some real whoppers recently. At least I am not falling. That dream really freaks me out.

Kazzy, you have such a neat way of putting "thoughts" into words. Your explanation of dreams......awsome.
Dreams are interesting for sure and you wonder sometimes IF they are supposed to WARN us, of something or just bring to our mind something important. I don't know. But, I like YOUR explanation. Makes dreams seems more peaceful.

Awesome. I LOVE dreaming and especially waking up and remembering a good one. It's almost like it's really a part of your life for a short time.

This pregnancy is giving me VIVID dreams. Sometimes really good ones, sometimes really WEIRD ones. But I always remember them. And every time I wake up to go to the bathroom I can count about three different dreams I had since the last time I woke up to go to the bathroom. :)
