Negative reinforcement is often put in place...Yes. Negative reinforcement is often put in place to the almost complete neglect of positive reinforcement. Think about this, as a parent how often do you say "no" versus "yes?" It is easy to fall into the "no" trap, especially with young children, while forgetting to reward their good behavior.

I am trying to use "yes" far more than I use "no." It isn't easy. That's for sure.amber_mtmchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17871256362646081536noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-585748112633478360.post-45895302313797133982010-04-10T13:00:38.133-06:002010-04-10T13:00:38.133-06:00That sounds fabulous, lovely idea :)That sounds fabulous, lovely idea :)Rachel Cotterillhttp://blog.rachelcotterill.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-585748112633478360.post-1742398341217035442010-04-10T11:54:49.932-06:002010-04-10T11:54:49.932-06:00Well, I better shape up...I'd love to be caugh...Well, I better shape up...I'd love to be caught doing something right.
or good
I mean, I do those things, but it is a good idea to be more concious of the things we do
and ask ourselves, I think I could have done that a little better..I will next time.
thank goodness for next times eh.

have a good weekend. It always inspires other students to stop & think about what they are doing.Jennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09185791827449141775noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-585748112633478360.post-71361173853281725302010-04-10T10:05:13.904-06:002010-04-10T10:05:13.904-06:00There was an elementary teacher who felt the stude...There was an elementary teacher who felt the students should be "good for nothing!"
