Machu Picchu would be amazing. I'd love to go to all of those places too.
Ever done the Church History thing? I would be up for another girl's road trip in a couple of Summers... We did the whole thing in 11 days, there and back. Stopped in St. Louis, DC, Palmyra, Independence, Kirtland, Nauvoo, etc. It was so worth it, and a blast for the people who had never been east before.
Something to consider.... 4 people- 500 bucks each, for everything.
You should add Des Moines to your list. It's practically as awesome as Greece or San Francisco. Ha! :)
I have a dream of a Mediterranean tour someday . . . so much in Biblical history as well as just awesome ancient historical stuff. Maybe when we finally kick the last kid out we'll reward ourselves with a big trip! ;)

I would also love to travel to Sweden and Greece. Have been to the Upper Peninsula in MI in the winter, surrounded by snow. Curious why you would like to visit that part of the country.
I haven't been to the Shetlands yet - but I had a fantastic holiday on the Hebrides (other Scottish islands...) this summer. So beautiful. Shetlands & Orkneys are high up my list :)

Umm..I've haven't been outside of the west. The most exotic place I've been to is Alaska. Believe me, it's not that exotic. Yet, I know that my life isn't over. I have plenty of time to travel!! Right???
I'd love to go to all of those places too.
