Musical Monday: Superstar
I was between the ages of 10 and 15 or so when the Carpenters were really popular. I remember hearing Karen Carpenter sing and thinking, I want to do that. She always sounded so sad to me, but her voice was intoxicating and as smooth as honey. This was so nostalgic to record. Enjoy.Superstar
Kazzy's voice has been silenced by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act(see the details here). Sorry you can't listen to her sing directly. But send her a message and she'll try to work something out.

It was nostalgic to hear it too. Beautiful job!
My mama was crazy about the Carpenters. Me not so much. You are right, she did always sound so sad.
Sounds great!
thumbs up from a fellow Carpenters fan
Your voice, it sounds so sweet and clear. But you're not really here. It's just the mp3.
I'll be whistling this all day.
I love you. I really do.
I loved the Carpenters too.

Hearing The Carpenters always takes me back. Ah, nostalgia. I posted an award for a really cool girl named Kazzy today. :)

I love the Carpenters!! I think I used to listen to them every day for about a year when I was younger. That's right, I was raised with the classics!!
