with you in spirit
Hi Friends. We listed our home for sale yesterday. We are hoping to take advantage of the great interest rates and get a newer and bigger home for a decent deal (already found one and feel the crunch to sell here so we can buy there). I tell you this as an excuse for not reading and commenting on blogs as much as I usually do. My own writing might slow down also until this place is ready to sell itself. We put it up for sale hoping we could still buy a week or so before anyone wants to come see it, so the race is on to spruce up, organize, declutter, paint, etc. Here is a copy of our electronic flyer, for your viewing pleasure. Thanks for your patience and friendship.

Well, this is perfect timing! I just listed some excellent tips for selling your home, on my blog. Can I say pictures of The Hoff?
Maybe we can switch! Except ours is smaller. Boo.
You live in Brookside??? My grandparent's home was in Brookside! I was just driving through the neighborhood a couple of weeks ago! I'll have to get the address from my dad. I remember where the house is (it looks totally different), but don't remember the address. Wow! So cool. I also think my husband has some relatives that still live there. A great Aunt, I think her first name is Della.
Wow, moving!?! Leaving that cute house! What a big step! I wish you the best in all the preparation ahead and hope you find a buyer and get the house you want!! (where is it that you want to move?)
Valerie, so cool! We have loved it here. Just looking to take good advantage of the market and invest in something a little bigger for our growing family.
I hope it sells quickly for a super price and you are able to buy your dream home before much longer!
Wow! What a great change coming! Good luck! Happy weekend!
Is that new siding or does it just look different because of the new windows? Wow! Big step! I wish you the very best.
That sure looks like a good deal! Real estate prices are crazy high here in our little mountain town in Canada.I'm sure it will sell quickly so don't burn yourself out too much!
man... we were almost neighbors! except that it was TEN years ago we were looking in that area :)
good luck - and as a currently VERY frustrated homeowner - might I suggests getting a VERY thorough termite inspection on the new property...
Good luck!! We've talked and talked about doing just this, but don't have the financial nerve. But I hope things work out great for you guys!!
One of my best friends lives in Payson. Seeing this makes me wish we were applying for the job at BYU (that we decided not to apply for) so I could purchase your home! Good luck to you.
If that house were in our neighbourhood I'd sell this one and buy that one in a heartbeat. You've done it up beautifully!
Wow, how exciting to move. Hope it sells very quickly for you. I can hardly wait to see the house that you have your eyes on.
Wow, that's a big step--and an exciting one!
Good luck with the sale/buy!
I hope it is smooth.
Definitely follow Kristina's suggestions for selling.
It's a sure winner.
It looks like a great house and well maintained from the pictures in the flyer. Hope the change goes well for you.
Good luck! I hope it sells quickly for you!
That's so cool...and your house is so cute! Are you staying in the same area?.
Good luck with your sprucing and selling and packing and moving and such. :)
Hugs,
Lola
Good luck! I don't envy you the hassle of having a house on the market. It is probably a little easier without the constant preschool messes.
I'm still just shaking my head over all that you have on your plate right now. Hugs!
