casting shadows

(photo taken on my walk today)

At the right time of day, even the smallest pebble casts a long shadow.

Did you see my shadow photos from Greenland...? Amazing what the midnight sun does! :)

I like that pic! If you use your imagination it could even be very very small people... or people from a long distance.

I love this photo :) (and the accompanying thoughts!)

like Barb I love casting a long shadow - the only time I can ever pretend to be tall :)

I've actually been tinkering with having our family photos done next time with our shadows...

1. I love the way your mind works.

2. I envy that you can see pebbles. Or take walks. It is really cold and snowy and icy at my house.

My little kids are small pebbles, so to speak, and I'm continually amazed at the long shadows they cast, too.

I love the way you think, my friend.

Oh I like that...such a small thing but such a powerful thought.
