day nineteen: knowing

Today I had cause to think about a man that sacrificed himself 165 years ago.

He and his brother, bound together in life and death, gave their own blood to secure God's plan.

They had a vision of their own purpose and were brave enough to see it through.

I am moved by their story and their knowing.

Their knowing.

Their knowing.

We had this same lesson in Sunday School, and I was amazed at how many times Joseph talked about what would happen to him. It was very touching that even knowing, as he did, he was still willing to sacrifice himself. It is a real testimony-builder.

Such a story of sacrifice, faith, obedience, and love!

Would be nice to know "your purpose - your vision" Even though I am tremendously happy, it has been a long journey------------parts are still missing that cause me sorrow, but in time, maybe in time (I am rambling) I always enjoy your blog and the way you share you testimony and strength.
I should be back to blogging regularily now, so look forward to keeping better in touch with everyone.
