Musical Monday: Don't It Make My Brown Eyes Blue

A few shots of me in the den where I do my recording. I did this song out of nostalgia for the country music I grew up hearing in my friends' houses growing up. My folks were more into Chicago and Blood Sweat and Tears. Yes, they are cool.

Don't It Make My Brown Eyes Blue

Kazzy's voice has been silenced by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act(see the details here). Sorry you can't listen to her sing directly. But send her a message and she'll try to work something out.

Smokin'!! How fun to see pics of you "in the act"!

My parents are into country music, and this one totally triggers the nostalgia. I could never take my eyes off of Crystal Gayle when she was on T.V. It was that down to the floor hair that fascinated me.

As always, I love your version. :)

So fun. When I get to work on Monday morning, while getting things ready for my day, I turn on my KAZZY TUNES and enjoy!! I love that song. I love bluesy tunes. YOU HAVE YOUR OWN LITTLE STUDIO--girl I am so jealous. I love to sing. You looked like a regular American Idol with those ear phones on. a fun talent to have and for us to enjoy

Another beautiful song! Seriously, have you ever considered trying out for American Idol?

Little GrumpyAngel | February 24, 2009 at 7:27 PM

You are just beautiful. The whole package, like Simon Cowell would say:-) Have you done a cd compilation of your songs? You should market it. You have a talent that needs to be shared. Honest.

Yeah, your parents are cool!
