I hope it doesn't sound blasphemous to say that when I hear my husband being a firm-but-gentle problem-solver on the phone, helping someone who has called in a panic, that I feel anxious to give him a big juicy kiss. After he hangs up, of course.
Wonderful. I'm glad to hear your side of it. I have sometimes felt a little guilty for taking so much of the bishop's time. Lately I've been in an awkward stage 'cause the bishops in our wards have been my age or YOUNGER! My dentist, bishop, and doctor too. what is the world coming to?
I'm never more in awe of my husband than when he's on the phone with branch presidents working through their branch's problems or with individuals helping them with theirs. Especially if it's an issue of spirituality. Greg is pretty amazing and has loads of knowledge and understanding, but I think it's amazing how powerfully he speaks, though quietly. There really is something about that priesthood authority, isn't there?

Hmmm...you don't go to the Storytelling Festival to do that?
There is something very attractive about a good man.
Not even a little bit blasphemous.
I can definitely relate to this!
Ha! No. Not blasphemous. Makes perfect sense to me :)
Hee hee...I've experienced that very sensation multiple times! Love that you actually put it into words!
So cute!
Lol. Thank you for waiting. . .not that I've ever called. . .
