One of the students in my class smiles up at me with a concerned look on his face."Miss Karen, what happened to your hair?"
"I just let the air dry it and this is what happened."
"Oh. Sorry."
At least number four loves me no matter what. As much as our kids can really try us and push us right to the edge sometimes, they also can be our soft place to land.

I agree. No one can make me feel better about life and myself than my kids. Although no one can drive me crazier as well :-)
I love the hair streak! It's almost subversive it's charming :-) You look great.
Totally agree with every single word. And if it makes you feel any better, I wear my hair fresh out of the shower like that almost every single day! :) I'm amazed that not only my children still like me (as in my current post) but also that my friends will still hang out with me too!
