Musical Monday: Desperado

I went with the Eagles this week because they really define my generation.  I almost chose a different piece, but then I realized that I have always wanted to try and sing this one.  I hope you like it.

Kazzy's voice has been silenced by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act(see the details here). Sorry you can't listen to her sing directly. But send her a message and she'll try to work something out.

Fab. U. Lo. So! I love how you make each song your own.

Lying in bed last night in a percocet stupor and realized I hadn't listened to your song! Beautifully done. Love your profile picture too! If I thought LuAnn could make me look that good, I'd hire her in a heart beat!

Thanks. And if Luann can make *me* look decent (I usually take a photo from my comp for myself because then I can just look away and have done with it) then she can make you into a rock star, a beauty queen, or whatever you want!

Another one of my all time fav songs. I don't think I'm much of a desperado, but I've known a few of them. But my feet *do* get cold in the wintertime, so...

BTW, I've seen Connie run a 5k. In my book she's already a rock star AND a beauty queen. :)

I love Desperado! Both the Eagles and the Clint Black versions and now the Kazzy version! My brother and I performed it for "teen elect" in the late 70's. He can still play it on the piano. I haven't touched a drumset in 25 years so I don't think I could pull it off.

Dona, how cool is that!?

What a beautiful rendition!

This was beautiful; I like the flavor.
